485.24 Re-instated corporations; formation of companies to purchase and operate. Sec. 24. Corporations may be formed under this act in the upper peninsula and Branch and Macomb counties for the purpose of operating and further improving any canal or improvement in the upper peninsula and Branch and Macomb counties, of any corporation formed under the act hereby re-instated, and may purchase the canal or other improvements, lands, or other property of such corporations.
