487.2170 Hearing.Sec. 50. (1) A licensee who is ordered to cease and desist, whose license is suspended or terminated, or who is ordered to pay a fine under this act is entitled to a hearing before the commissioner if a written request for a hearing is filed with the commissioner not more than 30 days after the effective date of the order.
