487.13602 Meeting called by commissioner. Sec. 3602. The commissioner may call a meeting of the shareholders of any bank by giving at least 3 days' notice of the time, place, and purposes of the meeting to the shareholders by registered or certified mail sent to their last known addresses as shown on the records of the bank or by another appropriate method reasonably designed to provide adequate notice.
