487.3320 Savings bank; meeting notice. Sec. 320. The commissioner may call a meeting of the members or shareholders of a savings bank for any purpose by giving a notice of the time, place, and purposes of this meeting at least 3 days prior to the meeting to the members or shareholders either by personal service, registered mail sent to their last known addresses as shown by the books of the savings bank, or by publication at least once a week for 4 consecutive weeks prior to the meeting.
