§ 50.61

50.61 County clerk; bond; penal sum; approval. Sec. 61. As determined by the county board of commissioners, the county clerk either shall be covered by a blanket bond or shall give a bond to the people of the state, in the penal sum of $2,000.00, to be approved by the circuit judge, for the faithful discharge of the duties of the county clerk's office.
