500.1952 Violation as misdemeanor; penalty. Sec. 1952. A person who knowingly and wilfully violates or aids or abets directly or indirectly in a violation of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment for not more than 1 year, or a fine of not more than $1,000.00, or both.
