500.3404 Insurance policy issued for delivery to nonresident.Sec. 3404. The director may require that a policy issued by an insurer domiciled in this state for delivery to a person residing in another state meet the standards prescribed in sections 2212a, 3402, and 3406 to 3466 if the official that is responsible for the administration of the insurance laws of the other state advises the director that the policy is not subject to approval or disapproval by the official.
