500.3713 Information offered upon request. Sec. 3713. Each small employer carrier shall provide all of the following to a small employer upon request and upon entering into a contract with the small employer: (a) The extent to which premiums for a specific small employer are established or adjusted due to any permitted characteristic and rating factors of the small employer's employees and the employees' dependents. (b) The provisions concerning the carrier's right to change premiums, permitted characteristics, and any rating factors under this chapter that affect changes in premiums.
