500.5236 Voting rights; inspectors of election. Sec. 5236. Whenever any stockholder or member present at a meeting of stockholders or members of an insurer shall request the appointment of inspectors, the chairman of the meeting shall appoint inspectors who need not be stockholders or members. If the right of any person to vote at such meeting shall be challenged, the inspectors of election shall determine such right. The inspectors shall receive and count the votes either upon an election or the decision of any question and shall determine the result.
