500.6101 Definitions. Sec. 6101. As used in this chapter: (a) 'Authority' means the automobile theft prevention authority. (b) 'Board' means the board of directors of the automobile theft prevention authority. (c) 'Economic automobile theft' means automobile theft perpetrated for financial gain.
