500.6422 Domestic cooperative plan insurers; members; voting; quorum; inspection of books. Sec. 6422. Every person insured in any insurer organized under this chapter shall be a member of such insurer, and shall be entitled to 1 vote at all meetings of the members, and may vote in person or by proxy under such rules and regulations as may be provided in the bylaws of such insurer: Provided, however, That a minimum of 10 members shall be present in person to constitute a quorum.
