500.6612 Applicability of chapter. Sec. 6612. Such provisions of this code as are applicable to domestic stock insurers transacting life, disability, or casualty insurances as are not inconsistent with, or in conflict with provisions of this chapter are hereby made applicable to the operation of any insurer organized under the provisions of this chapter.
