500.6802 Formation of mutual plan insurers. Sec. 6802. Companies may be incorporated upon the mutual plan to insure against loss and damage by fire, lightning, cyclones, windstorms, tornadoes, hail, riot, riot attending a strike, aircraft, smoke, vehicles and death of livestock from any cause, by complying with the provisions of this chapter as provided in the succeeding sections.
