500.725 Reinsurance; determination of increases to, or credit against, reserves. Sec. 725. Increases to, or credits against, reserves carried arising because of reinsurance assumed or reinsurance ceded, shall be determined in a manner consistent with minimum reserve standards described in this chapter and with all applicable provisions of the reinsurance contracts that affect the insurer's liabilities.
