51.365 Civil service commission; definitions. Sec. 15. As used in this act: (1) 'Commission' means the civil service commission herein created. (2) 'Commissioner' means any one of the 3 commissioners of that commission. (3) 'Appointment' means all means of selection, promotion, appointing or employing any person to hold any office, place or position of employment subject to civil service.
