52.118 Violation of act; penalty. Sec. 8. If either of said coroners shall fail to comply with the provisions of this act, he shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not to exceed 500 dollars or imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 6 months.
