53.111 Register of deeds; seal of office required. Sec. 1. The registers of deeds in the several counties of this state are hereby required and directed to procure at the expense of the county an official seal and that a legible impression of the same shall be placed upon the face of the certificate of record of every instrument after the same has been spread upon the records.
