§ 54.121

54.121 'Surveyor' defined. Sec. 1. As used in this act, 'surveyor' means any of the following: (a) A surveyor employed by the government of the United States of America or this state. (b) A person who is a land surveyor registered in this state. (c) A person who is under the direct supervision of a person who is a surveyor under subdivision (a) or (b), and carrying on his person sufficient identification as to employer.
