§ 54.99

54.99 Interest disqualification; surveys by surveyor of adjoining county. Sec. 99. Whenever a survey may be required of any land, in which the county surveyor or either of his deputies shall be interested, or when from any cause there shall be no surveyor or deputy surveyor of the county to be found or able to act, such survey may be made by the surveyor of an adjoining county or either of his deputies in like manner, and to the same effect as if such survey had been made by the surveyor of the county where the land is situated.
