550.360 Annual statement; filing. Sec. 10. A corporation, annually on or before March 1 of each year, shall file in the office of the commissioner of insurance a sworn statement verified by at least 2 of its principal officers showing its condition on the preceding December 31, which shall be in such form and contain such matters as the commissioner shall prescribe. If a corporation fails to file such annual statement, the commissioner may suspend the certificate of authority issued to the corporation until such statement shall be properly filed.
