550.1401j Prescription drug coverage; rate differentials; filing. Sec. 401j. The rates charged to nongroup and group conversion subscribers for a certificate that includes prescription drug coverage pursuant to section 401i may include rate differentials based on age, with not more than 8 separate age bands. The health care corporation shall file its rates for the prescription drug coverage in this section in the same manner and under the same requirements as provided in section 607.
