550.1518 Considerations and standards; applicability; appeal. Sec. 518. The considerations set forth in section 509(4) and the standards set forth in section 516 shall only apply for purposes of this act and may be appealed only as specifically provided in this act. An appeal from a final determination of an independent hearing officer shall be conducted pursuant to chapter 6 of the administrative procedures act, except that the appeal shall be taken within 30 days after the final determination, upon leave granted, in the court of appeals.
