550.1601 Regulation and supervision of health care corporation; delegation of authority. Sec. 601. (1) A health care corporation shall be subject to regulation and supervision by the commissioner as provided in this act. (2) A designee of the commissioner shall not be authorized to act on behalf of the commissioner under this act unless prior written notice of the delegation of authority has been given to a health care corporation subject to that delegated authority.
