555.111 Common trust funds; rules regulating administration.Sec. 11. The commissioner of the office of financial and insurance services may promulgate and enforce rules regulating the administration of funds under this act pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
