560.258 Public lands; agreements for maintenance. Sec. 258. As a condition of final plat approval the governing body of a municipality or the board of county road commissioners may require copies of agreements, covenants or other documents showing the manner in which areas to be reserved for the common use of the residents of the subdivision are to be maintained.
