§ 560.148

560.148 Municipality governing board's certificate. Sec. 148. (1) A certificate shall be signed by the clerk of the governing body of the municipality signifying the approval of the plat by the governing body which shall show the date of the meeting at which the approval was made and the date the certificate was signed by the clerk. (2) The certificate shall include a statement that the plat was reviewed by the governing body or that the review was made in part by persons authorized by the governing body and that the plat is in conformance with all applicable provisions of the act. (3) If a copy of the preliminary plat was required to be approved by the health department, a statement to the effect that such approval was made and the name of the health department and the date of its approval shall be included. (4) If the minimum lot width and area prescribed in this act has been waived and the subdivision is served by public sewers and public water or is accessible thereto, the certificate shall so state and shall also state that the municipality has legally adopted zoning and subdivision control ordinances which specify lot widths and areas.
