560.163 Drain commissioner; approval procedure.Sec. 163. Within 10 days after the date of receiving the plat under section 161(2)(a), the drain commissioner shall do 1 of the following: (a) Approve the plat and notify the proprietor of his or her approval. (b) Reject the plat, give his or her reasons in writing, and return it to the proprietor.
