566.225 Purchaser without notice; protection. Sec. 5. None of the provisions of this, or the last 2 preceding chapters, shall be construed, in any manner to affect or impair the title of a purchaser for a valuable consideration unless it shall appear that he had previous notice of the fraudulent intent of his immediate grantor, or of the fraud rendering void the title of such grantor.
