570.408 Notice on return of warrant; publication. Sec. 8. Upon return being made to such warrant, unless the vessel has been bonded, as hereinafter provided, the clerk shall immediately cause the notice hereinafter specified, to be published in some daily or weekly newspaper printed in the county in which the warrant shall have been issued, and if there be none printed in such county, then in some other newspaper; said newspaper in which said notice is to be printed, in all cases, to be designated by a general order to be made by the court, specifying the number of insertions, and the time thereof, to be not less than 14 days.
