570.441 Appeal to supreme court; judgment on order. Sec. 41. Upon filing a certified copy of the order of the supreme court in the court below, judgment shall be entered in accordance therewith, against such parties as the court shall direct, and against all principals and sureties in any bond or bonds filed by such parties.
