6.3 Impeachment; prosecution by house. Sec. 3. When an impeachment is directed, the house of representatives shall elect from their own body 3 members, whose duty it shall be to prosecute such impeachment, and the house of representatives are hereby authorized to empower the said managers to prepare and present articles of impeachment in accordance with resolutions of said house.
