600.1212 State drug treatment court advisory committee; monitoring; recommendations.Sec. 1212. The state drug treatment court advisory committee created under section 1082 shall monitor the effectiveness of veterans treatment courts and the availability of funding and present annual recommendations to the legislature and supreme court regarding statutory changes regarding veterans treatment courts.
