§ 600.1305

600.1305 Jury board; meetings; records; use as evidence. Sec. 1305. The jury board shall meet annually in the month of May. The chief circuit judge shall fix the time and place of the annual meeting and may direct the board to meet at other times and places. The board may meet at other times and places necessary to carry out its duties. The secretary of the board shall keep a record of the proceedings of the board. The members of the board shall sign the record, attested by the secretary, which record shall then be evidence in all courts and places of the proceedings of the board.
