600.1315 Juror qualifications questionnaires; retention; confidentiality. Sec. 1315. The juror qualifications questionnaires shall be kept on file by the board for a period of 3 years but the chief circuit judge may order them to be kept on file for a longer period. The answers to the qualifications questionnaires shall not be disclosed except that the chief circuit judge may order that access be given to the questionnaires and the answers.
