600.1317 Jurors; personal attendance excused. Sec. 1317. The board may dispense with the personal attendance of a person notified to appear before the board when another person cognizant of facts which will qualify or disqualify the person from service or which prevent the person from appearing is produced and testifies in his or her stead or when a board member has personal knowledge of facts and enters them in the board member's report on that person's qualifications.
