§ 600.1340

600.1340 Report of court clerk. Sec. 1340. The clerk of the court or the clerk's designee, within 10 days after the close of each term for which jurors have been selected, shall certify as follows: (a) The name and residence of each juror who was excused or discharged by the court, with the reason for the excuse or discharge. (b) The name and residence of each person notified who did not attend or serve. (c) The name and residence of each person punished for contempt as provided in this chapter.
