§ 600.211

600.211 Terms of court; quorum. Sec. 211. (1) There shall be 4 terms of court annually, held at times designated by the court. The court in its discretion may hold special or adjourned terms. (2) Court sessions shall be held at the supreme court room at the seat of government. (3) A majority of the justices shall constitute a quorum for hearing cases and transacting business.
