600.2113 Constitution, laws, and resolutions; official publication as evidence. Sec. 2113. The printed copies of the constitution, laws and resolutions of this state, whether of a public or private nature, which shall be published under the authority of the government, shall be admitted as sufficient evidence thereof in all courts, and in all proceedings within this state.
