§ 600.2152

600.2152 Mental competency of testator; presumption. Sec. 2152. In proceedings for the probate of wills, it shall not be necessary for the proponent in the first instance to introduce any proof to show the competency of the decedent to make a will, but the like presumption of mental competency shall obtain as in other cases.
