600.2582 Service on corporation and securities commission; fee. Sec. 2582. If service on a corporation is made by service on the corporation and securities commission, there shall be paid to the corporation and securities commission at the time of such service a fee of $3.00, which sum may be taxed as costs to the plaintiff, in case he prevails in the proceedings.
