600.2935 Quieting title; recording of judgment. Sec. 2935. If the effect of a judgment is to quiet the title to lands, or if it in any way concerns the title to real estate, a certified copy thereof may be recorded in the office of the register of deeds of any county where said lands or any part of the same are situated.
