600.2937 Obstructions and encroachments on public highways, streets and alleys; circuit court; relief. Sec. 2937. All claims for relief from obstructions and encroachments on the public highways, streets, and alleys in cities, incorporated villages, and organized townships in this state may be brought in the circuit courts.
