600.2950m Foreign protection order; violation as misdemeanor; penalty. Sec. 2950m. A person who violates a foreign protection order that is a conditional release order or a probation order issued by a court in a criminal proceeding is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93 days or a fine of $500.00, or both.
