600.2972 Allegation of domestic violence; consideration of motion to seal court records; 'domestic violence' defined. Sec. 2972. (1) When considering a motion to seal court records in a civil or criminal matter, if the motion involves an allegation of domestic violence, the court shall consider the safety of any alleged victim or potential victim of the domestic violence.
