600.4045 Attachment or garnishment; dissolution by bond. Sec. 4045. In every case where property is attached or garnishment is served, the attachment or garnishment may be dissolved by the posting of a bond in accordance with the rules of the supreme court. History: 1961, Act 236, Eff. Jan. 1, 1963
