600.4376 Concealment of prisoner; misdemeanor; penalty. Sec. 4376. Every person convicted of any of the misdemeanors specified in sections 4367, 4370 and 4373 shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000.00, or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding 6 months, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
