600.575 Deposits with court; payment on court order. Sec. 575. Funds which the clerk deposits in a bank to the credit of any officer of the court shall be paid out by the bank only upon presentation of a court order signed by the circuit judge. History: 1961, Act 236, Eff. Jan. 1, 1963
