600.549a Forty-ninth judicial circuit; counties; number of judges.Sec. 549a. The forty-ninth judicial circuit consists of the counties of Mecosta and Osceola and has 1 judge. Apr. 6, 2006 Compiler's Notes: Enacting section 1 of Act 100 of 2006 provides:'Enacting section 1. If, pursuant to this amendatory act, a new office of judge is added to the forty-ninth judicial circuit by election in 2006, the term of office of that judgeship for that election only shall be 8 years.'
