600.5834 Accrual of claim; common carriers; charges; overcharges. Sec. 5834. In actions brought by common carriers to recover for charges arising out of intrastate transportation and in actions brought against common carriers to recover for overcharges arising out of intrastate transportation the claim in respect to each shipment of property accrues upon the delivery or tender of the shipment of property and not afterwards.
