600.6003 Execution on transcript of judgment by district, municipal, or common pleas court. Sec. 6003. Whenever a transcript of a judgment rendered by a district, municipal, or common pleas court is filed and docketed by the clerk of the circuit court for the county, all executions thereon shall issue out of, and under the seal of, the circuit court in the same form, as near as may be, as other executions issued out of the circuit court.
